Weapons Permits
Planning on getting a Pistol Purchase Permit or a Carry Concealed Permit, here is a tutorial video for each permit to help walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have.

We accept applications for both permits Monday through Thursday between 9 am and 3 pm.
Fingerprinting
You will need to be wearing a mask on your face to enter the building for fingerprinting!
Fingerprinting for any reason other than Concealed Carry Permits Applications, will need to be scheduled in advance by calling 910-798-4535.
Note: All fingerprinting services are done at the Civil Unit located in the Old Historic Courthouse at:

Monday through Friday
9 am to 3 pm.
The cost for fingerprinting services is $15, cash only.
