Exercise & Physical Fitness

At the Senior Resource Center, we offer a variety of fitness classes designed to meet the needs of participants of all fitness levels. Almost every class offered can be modified to meet your individual needs and still provide a great workout! 

Please follow the guidelines on this document for fitness classes registration using the onsite Kiosk or Online Portal. If you do not see a class on the screen, it may be at capacity, or you have already registered. 

To register via our reservation phone number, please call (910) 798-6450.  Call this number to pre-register for classes and/or cancel class registrations.

The Senior Resource Center also has a fully equipped, newly renovated fitness studio! Our Inspire Fitness Studio is the perfect place to walk on the treadmill, lift free weights or use any of the other state-of-the-art equipment!

Not sure how to use the equipment in our Inspire Fitness Studio? Call Activities Program Coordinator Anne "Re" Wies (910) 798-6350 to set up an appointment for one-on-one* help!

*These one-on-one appointments are not to be confused with the Circuit Strength Training classes held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the Inspire Fitness Studio
